  • Register by JUNE 10 to receive t-shirt/ jersey by Week 1

  • Registration ENDS June 21

  • Late Registration ($10 additional fee) - June 18 - June 21

Please be sure to have the following when registering a team:

  • All player names

  • All player phone numbers

  • All player t-shirt/ jersey sizes

  • All player email addresses (parent, guardian, or coach)

Player will be placed on a team based on the position and skill level reported on the registration form.  We will do our best to match teams up evenly. Once the team has been formed, You will be contacted and will have an opportunity to meet prior to the start of the event.
